BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH AN ORDER WE ASK THAT YOU READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUERIES WHATSOEVER, DO NOT HESITATE TO ASK, AND WE WILL BE ONLY TOO PLEASED TO ASSIST. 1. PAYMENT Payment may be made by cheque, bank transfer, bankers draft, debit/credit card or cash. Works will only be released when funds have been cleared.
2. RETENTION OF TITLE Title of works purchased from ROBERTSDICKSONGALLERIES shall not pass to the buyer until the invoiced amount has been paid in full.
3. DELIVERY Orders should arrive within 5 working days following clearance of payment. All items are fully insured during transit to cover damage, loss or non delivery. If you are concerned about the state of the artwork on receipt, please contact us immediately.
4. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW (a) You may have the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without the need to give us any reason, at any time during a period of 14 working days (Monday to Friday inclusive) which shall begin from the day after the day of receipt of the artwork by you.
(b) We agree to reimburse you, free of charge, within 30 days of notification of the withdrawal, the purchase price you paid for the goods, provided the artwork is returned to us in original received condition.
(c) The right of withdrawal shall not apply to any artwork made to your specification or personalised at your request.
5. RETURN POLICY If you are not satisfied with your purchase you will be entitled to a full refund provided the artwork is returned by the same method as delivery e.g. fully insured to ROBERTSDICKSONGALLERIES at an agreed address (contact us for details) within 14 days of receipt. The artworks should be in the same condition in which it was received by you and not damaged in any way.
6. DESCRIPTIONS AND PRICING We endeavour to make available for sale all artworks displayed on this website, which will usually remain in the custody of ROBERTSDICKSONGALLERIES. However, if for any reason we are unable to supply the artwork, we must reserve the right to refund any money paid by you and decline to fulfil your order.We shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage occasioned by the refusal or inability to supply the artwork ordered.
7. WEB IMAGES Due to photography variations, ROBERTSDICKSONGALLERIES cannot guarantee that the images displayed on this website are a true colour representation of the artwork.
8. RULE OF LAW English law applies to the interpretation of these conditions.
